Deborah Rivers Decoteau is a 2x Best Selling Author, Wellness Director, and Caribbean Carnival Costume Designer and Band Leader. A native of Trinidad and Tobago, she has dedicated her life to bringing awareness to her culture via singing, dancing, and writing.
